Our secluded bar is available for private hire for parties, corporate & trade events, and intimate functions.

The Ampersand Bar operates Thurs 4-8pm, Fri & Sat 4-10pm bookings outside these operating hours will have a minimum $500 spend.

Whole room bookings start at 25 people or more and there is a minimum spend of $1000 which can be divided up between food and beverage. Less than 25 people The Ampersand Bar will remain open to the public. 

All bookings will require a deposit of $100. Due to the busyness of the venue, your date will only be confirmed once a $100 deposit is paid.
